When a call is mishandled, an email alert is sent to the specified emails. These recipients need authority to call prospects back to recapture the opportunity.

Step 4: Add Sales Representative / Call Handler Name & Email

Names are used to tag calls for reporting and training purposes. Email addresses are used for automated training alerts and reminders. (Training is specific to the individual's skill gaps. In order to improve, training on a regular basis is recommended.)
