Effective Date: December 1st, 2025
CallSource, Inc. (“CallSource,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when operating our website located at https://www.callsource.com/ (the “Site”) and when individuals interact with us in a business-to-business context (e.g., representatives of companies or prospective business clients).
IMPORTANT: CallSource acts as a “service provider” (as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”)) when processing personal information on behalf of our business clients (“Clients”) through our call tracking, analytics, and related platforms (the “Services”). When acting as a service provider, we process personal information only pursuant to our Clients’ instructions, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or any other purpose prohibited under the CCPA/CPRA.
This Privacy Policy covers two distinct contexts: (1) Personal information we process on behalf of Clients as their Service Provider; and (2) Information we collect from visitors to our Site and business-to-business contacts.
- CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Site and Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we may have collected information from a child, please contact us using the information below.
- PERSONAL INFORMATION WE PROCESS AS A SERVICE PROVIDER
2.1 Nature of Service Provider Processing. When CallSource processes personal information for call tracking, analytics, reporting, or related functions for a Client: (1) The Client, not CallSource, is the “business” (controller) under the CCPA/CPRA; and (2) CallSource acts solely as the Client’s service provider. We collect, receive, and process personal information only as instructed in the Client’s contract and only for permitted service provider purposes.
Examples of data Clients instruct us to process include: Caller ID information; Phone call metadata; Call recordings and transcripts; Marketing attribution and tracking identifiers; Campaign and analytics data.
CallSource does not: Sell or share personal information; Use personal information for advertising or marketing to individuals; Combine personal information across Clients or for any purpose not permitted under the CCPA/CPRA.
2.2 Access, Deletion, and Correction Requests
Because CallSource processes such information solely on behalf of Clients, individuals seeking to exercise privacy rights (access, deletion, correction, opt-out, etc.) must direct their requests to the Client with whom they interacted. If a Client instructs us to delete or modify information, we will comply with the request within the timeframe and as required by law, subject to any applicable exceptions under the law.
- INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM THE SITE OR DIRECT BUSINESS CONTACTS
When interacting directly with CallSource through the Site or in a business-to-business capacity (e.g., filling out a form, creating an account, or emailing our team), we may collect: (1) Business contact information: name, company name, email address, phone number, job title; (2) Account registration information; (3) Communications and inquiry information; (4) Log and analytics data: IP address, browser details, device identifiers, pages visited, referring URLs; and (5) Cookie data (see Section 4 below).
We use such information solely for: (1) Providing information about our Services; (2) Managing Client accounts and relationships; (3) Improving our Site, systems, and user experience; (4) Evaluating sales leads and business opportunities; and (5) Securing our systems.
We do not use this information to build consumer profiles or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may disclose this information to: (1) Our service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, communications providers); (2) Advisors (legal, accounting); (3) Successors in a merger or acquisition; and (4) Government authorities when legally required.
We do not sell or share business-to-business personal information.
