FINANCIAL ANALYST II sought by CallSource, Inc. in Westlake Village, CA.

Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Financial Analyst II.  The position is located in our corporate offices in Westlake Village, CA.   

Required Skills:

Responsible for planning, analyzing and providing recommendations to senior management with regard to the company’s financial operations in order to maintain business growth

  • Analyze operational data (sales, cost, revenue, sales margin, etc.) to assess financial performance and profitability
  • Identify financial bottlenecks and create work plans and financial models to map growth strategies in asset management
  • Compile and evaluate market research intelligence and competitive market data (trends, pricing, sales margin, cost structures, revenues, stability, etc.), using complex trend and cost-benefit models/analyses, to develop comprehensive recommendations on product pricing strategies, market development and positioning
  • Act as financial consultant between national franchisor and local franchisees to develop underperforming revenue stream

Review and analyze financial statements/reports, including corporate expenditures, to facilitate the preparation of revenue and cost projections or forecasts

  • Streamline financial reporting tools to optimize end-to-end financial processes
  • Work with various business units/teams in developing annual expense budget, resource planning analysis, infrastructure investment/acquisition opportunities analysis and quarterly forecast updates
  • Revise revenue/cost projections based upon significant business and account changes
  • Evaluate return of investment (ROI) of various business opportunities to determine effectiveness and identify problem areas
  • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and analytical support, as required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
  • One year of financial analysis, management or related experience, performing financial data analysis and interpretation
  • Able to research and analyze consumer market trends; conduct competitive market analysis; recommend business development strategies to senior management.
Must have experience working with tier-1 database.
