Financial Manager (11-3031-00)
Job Description:
Under supervision of company president and CEO, perform financial officer services for a call tracking and performance advisory services company, including services involving the implementation of internal financial procedures; the analysis of client financial requirements and solutions using business modeling techniques to estimate company values, tie valuation scenarios to operational targets and develop compensation plans; the research of venture capital requirements using Capital IQ techniques; the analysis of financial statements and information detailing assets, liabilities and company capital; the examination of business planning and product development documents (including volume, price and operating expenses data); the preparation of financial documentation; and the use of information systems to evaluate and implement financial operations and related business requirements.
Required Skills:
Master's (M.B.A.) degree in finance is required
