DealSaver® is a unique service that reviews your dealership’s inbound prospect calls and promptly alerts management when calls are mishandled. The Alerts summarize each mishandled inbound prospect call and help recover lost opportunities.

LeadScore® is a marketing analysis tool that reviews, sorts, and filters out non-prospects, providing accurate cost-per-lead analysis and sales conversion percentages.

Telephone Performance AnalysisSM is an inbound-call lead management solution designed to score individual sales and service personnels’ call handling skills based on specific criteria. CallSource evaluates the individual performance of inbound sales and service phone handlers and helps improve call to appointment ratios.

How do I know which DealSaver® package to sign up for?

Please be sure to choose the appropriate DealSaver® package in accordance with your inbound call volume in Engage. Pick a package that is a higher than your actual call count so you have room for call volume fluctuation. If you have any questions or need assistance regarding bundles, call the CallSource FCA Digital Help Line at (888) 292-1667.

How am I billed?

You will receive your monthly invoice for the CallSource FCA Digital program from FCA Digital and the amount will be billed against your FCA open parts account at month end. All fees for the CallSource FCA Digital program, during the promotional period, are eligible for FCA Co-op funds support subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by FCA. Upon completion of the promotional period, services will continue until cancelled by dealer per standard FCA Digital standard billing rules.
