Call2Action®allows you to specify which messages are delivered to recipients based on your selected criteria.
Call2Action®is the easy way to send out a voice message to your customer base and check if they were able to receive them.

Call2Action®also gives you the flexibility to use different levels of permission for message broadcasts. Not only can you designate which employees can send custom messages and which ones should use the company's own messaging, but you can also choose which recipients they are allowed to contact.

- Manage bulletins to broadcast out on a scheduled basis
- Bulletin can be set to run at specific dates and times, in 15 minute increments
- Add or delete residents into the system as needed; automatically deletes names from all associated messages
- Bulletin templates stay intact
- Enables building a library of messaging for future use
- Bulletins can be resent to only the failed delivery attempts; won't contact those recipients who have received messages
- More than three failed delivery attempts are flagged with the specific number for additional review
