CallMeNow® allows a Web visitor to initiate a telephone call from a business by submitting a Web form containing the visitor's name, telephone number, and the reason for the inquiry. The system translates the submitted date from text to speech, calls the business and verbally conveys the information. With the press of a button on the telephone keypad, the agent can connect with the prospect by phone - or postpone or decline the call.
